By registering for The ADHD Money Momentum Challenge, you agree to the following terms:
Privacy:
Your personal and financial information shared during the program will be kept confidential.
Group discussions and shared experiences in Slack or on calls are confidential and should not be shared outside the program.
Program Access:
You will receive access to all live group coaching calls, recordings, program materials, Slack community, and resources as outlined in your selected tier (Essentials, Plus, or Premium).
Access to the Slack community extends through the dates specified for your tier: Essentials (2 weeks post-program), Plus (30 days post-program), or Premium (60 days post-program).
All call recordings and resources remain available for the duration of your Slack access period.

Payment Plans:
If you select a payment plan option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at the time of purchase.
Payment plan options offer installments charged automatically based on the dates specified during checkout.
Failure to complete all scheduled payments will result in immediate removal from the program, including loss of access to live calls, Slack community, recordings, and all program resources.
No partial refunds will be issued for incomplete payment plans. Any payments already made are non-refundable.

Program Expectations:
You are encouraged to attend live calls when possible and engage with program materials.
Respectful communication is required in all group settings, including Slack and live calls.
Money Mindset FC reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Intellectual Property:
All program materials, including but not limited to workbooks, templates, recordings, and resources, are the intellectual property of Money Mindset FC.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Breach of this will result in your immediate removal from the program
Limitations:
This program provides financial coaching and education, not financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Results are dependent on individual effort and participation. Money Mindset FC makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for The ADHD Money Momentum Challenge under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Inability to attend live calls
Personal circumstances that prevent participation
Incomplete participation or failure to engage with materials
Dissatisfaction with program content or delivery

Payment Plan Non-Completion:
If you select a payment plan and fail to complete all scheduled payments, you will be removed from the program immediately and forfeit access to all program materials and resources. Payments already made are non-refundable.
